It’s no secret that Golf is a long game. You’re looking at the best part of 4 hours to play 18 holes. For most people though, this isn’t a deterrent. Seasoned golfers know what they’ve signed up for and enjoy the peace of the golf course.

That being said, by the time you’ve reached the 17th Hole there’s no doubt you sense the finish line in sight and can almost taste that first sip of beer in the clubhouse afterwards. Not at Milford Golf Club however!

The 17th hole at Milford, is one of the courses most challenging holes. Just when you thought you were nearly there! Now don’t be deceived by it’s par 3 status – this is an all or nothing hole. If you don’t hit the green straight away then you’ll either be out of bounds, in the woodland or worse – in the stream.

This is a hole that will damage your scorecard if you let it. So, make sure when you approach the 17th at Milford, you keep that focus and energy up. This isn’t a time to get complacent.
Don’t let this put you off, what’s life without a few challenges hey? At least you’ll be within your rights to treat yourself afterwards!

Are you brave enough to take on the challenge? Book a tee-time at Milford Golf Club today.
